When i get stains with the colorstay eyeliner..i either use the purell hand sanitizer or either clarins make up remover. it works well depending on the type of fabric of the color clothes. i hope this helps =)
try spray and wash duel power it works great I have a nine month old daughter who spilt spaghetti on my white shorts nothing got that stain out but this product and its safe for all colours and fabrics gets blueberry stains out of baby clothes too good luck
